The 18th Alexandria International Psychiatry Conference: Beyond Expectations
Held from 19th to 21st July at the Golden Jewel in Alexandria, Egypt, the 18th Alexandria Psychiatry Conference surpassed all expectations. This highly anticipated event brought together professionals from the field of psychiatry. With its extensive range of workshops and sessions, the conference provided a platform for in-depth discussions on the latest advancements and challenges in psychiatry.
The success of any conference lies in the number and caliber of attendees it attracts. The 18th Alexandria Psychiatry Conference did not disappoint in this regard. More than 800 professionals attended the conference in person, enhancing the significance of face-to-face networking and learning. However, the organizers also ensured that the virtual attendees didn’t miss out on the event, as an impressive number of 825 professionals joined virtually.
One of the key highlights of the conference was the presence of renowned experts in the field of psychiatry. These experts gathered to share their knowledge and experiences, and their valuable insights and compelling presentations added immense value to the conference, ensuring that attendees gained the latest insights into psychiatry.

The conference exceeded all expectations by including 7 engaging workshops, including Fast food addiction, Three Angles of case formulation – DBT – CBT – ACT, Trauma in psychotherapy, and an emphasis on interaction created a dynamic environment for learning and collaboration. The conference undoubtedly catalyzed advancements and discussions within the field of psychiatry.
