The Gulf Intervention Society (GIS) inaugurated the 4th Edition of the leading GCC annual conference from 18 – 20 Nov. 2021. The conference provided a healthy platform to connect leading Cardiologists and Interventionists to educate and share insight into research and quality patient care, and to successfully develop a vision of cooperation between regional and international bodies in the field of Cardiovascular Intervention.

“Our event grew rapidly since 2018 as the percentage of engagement increased 60 – 70% on the level of Attendance and Speakers which indicates a good sign for our GROWTH and SUCESS. Also, on the geographical side, the participation of the audience from the Middle East and the Far East increased massively achieving the society objectives in leading the Gulf and the Middle East interventionist” said, Prof. Fawaz Almutairi – Conference President

The conference is supported by Dubai Tourism and the Dubai Health Authorities and welcomed several participating bodies from multiple destinations around the world such as “ECS – Emirates Cardiac Society, JIM – Joint Interventional Meeting, SCAI – Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions, SACIS- Saudi Arabia Cardiac Intervention Society and the CVREP Foundation”.
