Euro Africa 2023
Euro Africa Intensive Care 2023 was the first edition of the collaboration between The European Society of Intensive Care Medicine (ESICM) and The Egyptian Society of Critical Care and Emergency Medicine (ESCCEM), which took place in the beautiful city of Cairo from 09 – 13 February, 2023.
Euro Africa operated on 5 days, with 2 days of pre-conference workshops and 3 days of main conference scientific programming full of informative discussions in the field of critical care and emergency medicine moderated by our esteemed speakers from all over Africa and Europe by revisiting clinical practices, new technologies, drugs, and most importantly by addressing the most pressing issues in critical care and emergency medicine. With a strong emphasis on current initiatives to deal with the new normal of pandemic and post-pandemic critical care scenarios.
We had 12 collaborative bodies from Egypt and Africa, 40 international experts, and 80 national experts from different universities in Egypt. We have also received 60+ abstract submissions and 20+ sponsors.
